Answer: Pinoy Cellular have several prepaid options for our future and existing customers. We have the $10.00 for 1,000 prepaid text messages good for 30 days which is equivalent to 1 cent per text and also the $25.00 unlimited prepaid text messages good for 30 days.

Question: Is Pinoy Cellular cell phone hard to use?

Answer: Not at all, the instructions are easy to follow.

Question: Can I use my own cell phone?

Answer: Yes you can, as long as you have a Motorola cell phone similar to what we sell on the internet then you can use your own cell phone. The cell phone must be in a good conditions ( software and hardware). The cell phone also must be a TRI BAND with 850/1900 1800 frequency or a QUAD BAND.

Question: What is the address where I can send in my cellular so you can set up and configure it for me?

Question: What is your fee to set up and configure my cell phone?

Answer: Depending on which of these 2 options you choose,

Option #1: Set up and configuration with 1,000 messages good for 30 days unlocked Motorola- $95.00

OR

Option #2: Set up and configuration with 1,000 messages good for 30 days not unlocked Motorola-$ 120.00

Question: Do I need to send in a check along with my cellular for you to set up and configure?

Answer: Yes, a money order or a cashiers check. No personal check please.

Question: Once you have set up and configured my cell phone, how long will I get my cell phone back?

Answer: West cost customers within 4 to 6 business days

East coast customers within 6 to 8 business days

Question: I have a fiancé in the Philippines; do I need to buy two hand set of Pinoy Cellular for the service.

Answer: No, you just need to buy one hand set of the Pinoy Cellular cell phone. Once you have a Pinoy Cellular, everybody can send you text messages from the Philippines for 1 piso including your fiancé.

Question: If I become a Pinoy Cellular user, how will I find out the balance of my load and also the expiration date?

Answer: Once you become a Pinoy Cellular user, Pinoy Cellular will give you a Pinoy Cellular server number which enable you to check your load. Because of the network traffic, some responses will be a little delayed.

Question: When will the price change on the$10.00 for 1,000 prepaid texts good for 30 days and the $25.00 unlimited good for 30 days

Answer: For now, it will stay the same.

Question: If I send text messages to my cousin in the Philippines, does my text go to her number or do I have to text a 3rd party?

Answer: Whenever you send text messages to the Philippines, it will go the receiver's cell phone number not a 3rd party. We respect our customers' privacy.

Question: How will my relatives in Philippines find out if I was the one that send them messages?

Answer: Every customer will be assigned to a (2) unique numbers, these two numbers will then appear on your relatives' cell phone with your name showing on whenever you send text messages; that is how they will know that you just sent them text messages.

Question: Do I need to buy two cell phones; one for the U.S and one for the Philippines to use the service?

Answer: No, all you need is one Pinoy Cellular hand set and your friends and relatives in the Philippines can use their existing cell phone to send you text messages; it will still be 1 piso per text whenever they send you text messages.

Question: How to become a dealer?

Answer: We recommend to all the kababayan that are running a sari sari store across the U.S. to open a dealer account with Pinoy Cellular. Just email us and Pinoy Cellular will send you a dealer application.

Question: Can I use my Pinoy Cellular sim with my other cell phone(s)?

Answer: No, our cell phones and sim cards are configured to work together simultaneously. Just to make sure everything works smoothly, we suggest all our customers NOT to remove and use our sims with other cellulars.
